The guarantee

Every pack comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. You don't need to justify your reason, and you won't be asked to jump through hoops.

How to request a refund

Email lespetitslearners@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order reference from the confirmation page or receipt. We reply within a few days and process approved refunds through Paddle to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Once refunded, your licence to use and print the sheets ends, and we ask that you delete the downloaded files.

Problems with a download

If a link doesn't work, a file won't open, or a page prints incorrectly, please contact us first — we'll usually fix it or resend the pack the same week, and a refund remains available if you'd still prefer one.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee sits alongside the consumer rights you have under the law in your country; it does not replace them. Paddle acts as merchant of record for all purchases and may also be contacted about billing.
