What we collect

Your email address, if you request the free sample sheet or ask us to keep you posted about new packs.

The name, email address and message you type into the contact form, and any star ratings or comments you leave in the feedback form.

Order details for purchases: the pack bought, the currency, and the transaction reference supplied by our payment provider.

What we never see

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered on Paddle's systems and are never transmitted to or stored by this website.

How we use it

To deliver the printables you bought or requested, to reply to your message, and — only if you opted in — to send occasional emails about new bilingual resources.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers required to run the shop (payments, database hosting, email delivery).

How long we keep it

Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages and ratings are kept while they remain useful for improving the resources. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from emails. Write to lespetitslearners@gmail.com and we will action it promptly.

Children

Our resources are made for children, but the site is intended for parents, caregivers and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
